About Kapco Valtec

Kapco Valtec was first established in 1972 under the name Kapco Global, and their business began with the distribution of spare parts. 9 years later, in 1981, the company was relocated to Brea, California where it currently remains in the present. In 2001, the Kapco Global acquired Ball Globe to improve upon their production capabilities. 2 Years later, Valtec Aircraft Supply was acquired as well and the companies merged together in 2006, forming Kapco Valtec. Over the following years, Kapco acquired other businesses, further expanding upon their offered products and manufacturing abilities. In 2016, Kapco began a partnership with Avio-Diepen, and in 2018, the company officially renamed themselves to Proponent, which they remain as in the present.
